Following the launch of EC Analytics in January and increasing client demand for financial due diligence services (FDD), we are delighted to announce the appointment of Jonathan Benaim, ACCA Chartered Accountant, FDD Specialist, and Transaction Guru, as our new Transaction Manager.

Sam is responsible for leading transactional advice and co-ordinating multi-disciplinary teams to create outstanding transactional outcomes for our clients.

Charlie is an ACA qualified Chartered Accountant and joins the Evolution Capital transaction team as Transaction Executive, to provide advice to both ‘buy-side’ and ‘sell-side’ clients.

Genardo brings invaluable expertise to Evolution Capital's transaction team, specialising in data analysis essential for comprehensive insights into company performance and profitability.

Duljan is an ACCA qualified Chartered Certified Accountant, and his expertise is pivotal in creating insights that effectively satisfy both shareholders and stakeholders.
