His leadership has been instrumental in shaping Evolution Capital's trajectory, guiding its growth, and solidifying its reputation in the industry.

Duncan heads up the transaction team at Evolution Capital. A chartered accountant and highly experience corporate financier, Duncan has completed over 500 transactions.

Nigel founded Evolution Capital in 2003 following a 20 year career in senior roles with leading global IT vendors in the UK and US, including IBM and Wang, prior to moving into strategic advisory implementation.

Ian is a 3x winner of UK CEO of the Year. As a CEO or Managing Director he reported 29 consecutive years of rising EBITDA (1990-2018), and has completed 43 mergers and acquisitions in the UK ICT sector.

With approaching 10 years of senior-level experience in financial consultancy, due diligence and transaction services, Jonathan has an outstanding track record in high-value, complex deals.

Charlie is an ACA qualified Chartered Accountant and joins the Evolution Capital transaction team as Transaction Executive, to provide advice to both ‘buy-side’ and ‘sell-side’ clients.
