Evolution Capital were delighted to have advised existing management of Z1 with buyout of a significant share of the company from the main shareholder. The Challenge The key objective of the shareholders when engaging with Evolution Capital was to implement a new equitable company structure following a high level strategic review and valuation of the business. The shareholders would also like advice with company re-structuring.
