This latest acquisition follows Windsor Telecom's 2023 purchase of Connexus. Evolution Capital was privileged to advise the vendor from day one readiness preparation to navigating due diligence and the ultimate successful transaction completion. Connexus, an ISO-accredited company based in Gloucester, offers a wide array of managed IT and communication services to approximately 400 customers. The addition of Connexus has bolstered Windsor's customer base and service offerings, making it a strategic fit for its growth objectives.
