The Background

Evolution Capital was proud to advise the shareholders of Northampton based telecoms and IT managed service provider dbfb on the acquisition of Totally Converged Solutions in June 2025. The transaction strengthened dbfb’s position in a key growth market and combined two businesses with a shared customer first culture and a clear strategic rationale.

Advice, Planning and Preparation

Evolution Capital supported dbfb on business planning, funding strategy and buy side acquisition execution. The process included the development of a long term banking relationship with Santander, identification of a target aligned to dbfb’s ambitions, and preparation for post deal integration through onboarding to EC Analytics.
