As demand for EC Analytics continues to grow, so does the team behind the data.

Evolution Capital is delighted to welcome Erdit Qendro, ACCA, who joins the company as Data Analyst, focused on providing analytical and transaction support to the Lead Advisory team.

Based in Tirana, Erdit joins at an important point in the continued development of Evolution Capital’s data led advisory model. Across buy-side and sell-side M&A engagements in our space, the ability to prepare, interrogate and interpret financial data with precision has become central to how clients understand performance, assess value and make better decisions.

Erdit brings exactly that discipline.

With more than 17 years’ experience in finance, Erdit brings a depth of expertise shaped by senior roles in complex, respected organisations such as Grant Thornton. His career has centred on financial discipline, clear reporting and the ability to turn detail into insight that supports stronger business decisions.

At Evolution Capital, Erdit will play an integral role in working alongside the transaction team in preparing, structuring and validating the financial datasets that underpin transaction analysis, client materials and EC Analytics outputs. His work will support valuation analysis, buyer Q&A, data room preparation and the creation of structured analytical exhibits across M&A processes.

His appointment reflects a simple but important point: data quality matters.

Clean, structured and decision grade data gives clients the visibility to understand performance, challenge assumptions and move with greater confidence.

Erdit’s background brings together financial rigour, technical capability and a deep understanding of operational finance. Alongside his finance and transaction experience, he is also an Excel Olympian, reflecting both advanced technical skill and a clear enthusiasm for analytical problem solving.
