Rohit brings more than 15 years of experience across enterprise SaaS, M&A technology and financial services. He has built his career in markets where sector understanding, commercial judgement and attention to detail matter, with experience across EMEA and APAC at Altrata, Datasite, TransPerfect and Donnelley Financial Solutions, following earlier roles in private banking and wealth management in Australia.

He joins Evolution Capital at an important point in the growth of EC Analytics, as more clients look to the platform to support sharper decision making across the transaction lifecycle. From understanding acquisition targets and supporting financial due diligence, to preparing for fundraising and ultimately exit, EC Analytics is helping clients approach critical moments with greater clarity, confidence and precision.

Rohit will focus on developing lasting relationships with clients and partners, while helping businesses fully understand the practical value of EC Analytics and the different ways it can support transaction work in real terms.
